Eric and fellow D&Ders,

I have a suggestion. For the instances in which one of us, especially the DMs need to contact players and dont yet have all the information for their players, perhaps we can compile a list of names and phone numbers and have it sit with Eric, or maybe all the DM's? That way anyone that needs to contact another player can find the info without having ot wait a week or more.

This is a good idea. I do not mind getting a master list.

Some problems I have is I am going to turn around and ask all of the DM's to get me that list the same way I collected membership dues. Which means the DM will have the information they need already?

I could start asking new people that join for their phone number but that is weird and even though there have been some new people that have gave me their number in the past I can see people being creeped out by it.

Any member can contact other members? (not always the best because some people do not check email all the time or reply back). I am not sure right now what the answer is.

I am going to send out an email to the current members of the meetup group asking for contact information. Not everyone is going to respond to it but its the best thing I can do at my end.
