We had a great time Wednesday night!

Rob (Gin), Bryce (Wolf), Victoria (Harriet), Chris (Aliana) & Nate gamed, ate very good pizza from a new place, (Thanks Victoria!) and had lotsa fun.

The party ventured to the caverns under Frog/Toad Mountain in the blasted lands, fought two hideous opponents, and found the treasure mentioned in the mysterious dream!

There was some leveling up, some deals with Mortimer, and lotsa training.

What's next? It is up to the players

Mark started a new Scandian fighter character, Xavier! Victoria (Harriet), Rob (Gin), Chris (Aliana) & Nate joined Xavier and had a real blast!

The party ventured into a new gate, encountered some bad news opponents, found some excellent treasure, and got back home safely to wheel and deal. What more could a stalwart adventurer want?

The pizza was great!

We had a good time Saturday!

Eric (Bufo, a cleric), Victoria (Amitrollia, a fighter), Rob (Auron, a cleric), & Chris (Ven the Webweaver, a Thief) rolled up their evil characters and had at it!

DM Note: This was the richest first level party at them beginning I've seen in a while!

The party got word of a restless dead Jarl in the Necropolis and set out to deal with him. Bufo dug into the Jarl's mound, and quickly found the burial chamber. They eliminated the Jarl and some of his body guard in a series of melees that did tax the first level charcters. Team work won the day!

The treasure was good, the gold plentiful, and everyone got some experience!

We had another great run Wednesday night!

Victoria (Harriet), Rob (Gin), Chris (Aliana), Mark (Xavier), Nate, Dean and Tommy (Tommy) were there!

The party ventured to the Icy Spring in the North Escarpment. There they dealt with a malevolent spirit, minions summoned by that spirit, and a mysterious flying mage!

The action was fierce, the treasure good, the gold plentiful, experience copious and fun was had by all!

Our next Wednesday night session will be held at the library!

Chris is moving, so his apartment will not be available for our sessions. We have to pick a new place to meet.

We had another good run Saturday afternoon at the library!

The players voted to run their "good" party characters.

Chris (Aliana), Victoria (Harriet), Bryce (Wolf) and Nate were there. Dean came by for a visit. Thanks for getting the tables ready for us, Dean!

Aliana found that a mysterious mage name Muir wanted his ring back! After a series of intense negotiations an exchange was made.

The stalwart adventurers then journeyed by Demeter's gate to a strange world where they dealt with a bizarre mage, fire elementals, a bizarre undead servant, and an angry red creature, to be identified!

There were good experience for all, some great combat, good loot and better treasure!

The new location for Wed Nite at the Library didn't slow things down a bit.

The party investigated unusual activities at the Shrine Above the Sea and the Cavern Beneath. You'll have to ask one of them to find out what turned up!

We had another good run Saturday afternoon! Thanks to Dean for arranging it to last a bit longer! We gamed until 6:00 PM.

Bryce (Wolf), Chris (Aliana), Victoria (Harriet), and Nate made the run.

Harriet started the run with the rescue of a young girl, kidnapped by a vile iron creature! Wolf and Aliana joined Harriet in eliminating the band of beastmen who were responsible for the abduction!


The party then sought out and investigated an abandoned temple! There they found a party of brigands, which they promptly defeated and relieved of ill gotten gains!

You'll have to ask one of the players for more details!

Treasure, experience and action! What more could a player want?

Nate

We had another action packed and exciting run Wednesday night!

Bryce (Wolf), Victoria (Harriet), Rob (Gin), Chris (Aliana), Tommy (Thomas the Joyous), Jeff (Pallus), Den (Khepher), and Nate gathered in the President's room of the Central Library Downtown at 6:00 PM!

Thanks for ordering the pizza, Dean! Minsky's, YUM!

After some tough negotiations, the party accepted the offer made by the well known antiquities dealer, Karnak.

They followed the map Karnak provided into the swamp land north of the river and found the ancient tomb mentioned by Karnak.

The tomb was occupied by a pair of vile trolls! The trolls were defeated quickly thanks to the strong arm of Khepher and the good nature and great dexterity of Wolf! (See Jeff's comments!)

The party then moved a huge pile of rocks to discover a passage to a hidden tomb. The passage to the tomb gave the party more trouble than the trolls! An open pit trap and a long deceased thief stirred to activity by the winds of necromancy took a toll of our heroes! The greatest toll was caused by dexterity failures when the party attempted to jump the open pit

Thanks to Harriet's rope, and Khepher's healing potion, the pile of adventurers escaped from the narrow confines of the pit trap!

The party followed the passage to the tomb, where they dealt with 3 crimson guardians to find the Grand Glittering Gorgeous Golden Globe of Galati sought by the antiquarian! There was some other stuff there, too, but you will have to ask the players for details.

Karnak gratefully accepted the Globe, paid the reward promised, and denied the claim on the death benefit from Pallus.

Mark (started a new character Epi), Eric (Bufo), Tommy (Thomas the Joyful), Jeff (Pallus), Victoria (Harriet), and Nate ran a party of really mixed alignment and really had a great time!

The party cunningly accepted two missions and fulfilled them both!

The party followed a map provided by the mysterious antiquities dealer Karnak to a concealed tomb. How does Karnak DO IT?

They dealt with a hideous woody guardian, another vile pit trap, and a mummy to reach the treasure!

They found the remains of the long missing Cild the courageous and an unnamed companion.

They had to deal with a hook horror from a scary and dark under ground tunnel, but made it safely back to Neopolis!

They found oodles of treasure, kewl items, experience (at least two of them levelled) and gold! What more could an adventurer want?

The party Chris (Aliana), Jeff (Pallus), Tommy (Thomas the Joyous), Victoria (Harriet), Rob (Gin) & Nate agreed to help the Temple Issek recover Relics stolen from a shrine!

The trail of the relics led to the sewers beneath the city, where the party found some very disgusting diseased creatures!

The creatures were bested, the relics recovered and an odd fellow saved from a trerrible disease!

The treasure was a bit, er, thin! Wonder if there is more Out, or is it under, there?
