3.5 Edition Dungeons & Dragons, and then 4 Ed when it comes out. This would be starting a group of players from ground zero. So no one is being added to an existing clique and there is no disfavor to newbies at the table. There is currently myself (and I can DM) and my cousin.
US--We started in 1E D&D 18 years ago (when we were 'too young' according to the warning label on the books). We have played typical campaigns, both DM-improvised and box adventures, done war, large party and solo PC'ing, etc. We're open to anyting D&D as long as it is in current edition. All we need are more at the table. We are both rule researchers and lawyers...while frustrating during each debate, we always appreciate the added knowledge afterwards and don't argue the same topic twice (often writing amendments and emendments into the books to clarify rules).
I would like to form a group of myself, my cousin, and 2-4 more to discuss interests so that we can start a campaign. I can DM, but if someone else wants to, rock on!
We can use my home, I have a HUGE D&D library.
I'd also like to chat with everyone interested. We'll base meetings on our schedules.
Let's get started.
