I started this Meetup to help D&D 4e gamers -- including myself! -- in the Boulder/Longmont area find new games and new players for newly created or existing games.
Both, I love to play and DM.
No, I've been playing D&D off-and-on (since there are so many other great RPGs out there) since the "White Box."
Yes, many times.
This is a great time to get into Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition (4e) is smoother, faster and easier to learn than any previous edition of D&D. Lots of people new to tabletop RPGs are trying it for the first time and, since everyone is new to 4e, we are all learning it together -- there are no elitist "experts."
You must be signed in to post a Greeting.

OT: Blood Bowl league starting
"Someone is starting a Blood Bowl league at Stonebridge Games (in Longmont); see link and text below. Is anyone else, besides me, interested? Welcome Sports fans Blood Bowl is Games Workshops game of Fantasy Combat Football...."
D&D and Microsoft Surface: A Match Made in the Astral Sea?
"Assuming this technology was affordable, portable and durable I would, probably, only use it to display a battle map with gridlines with an easily erasable "fog of war" and create visual persistent zones (like a Wall of Fire or Icy Terrain)...."
"I am considering running the 8-10 (!) hour LFR adventure "Shades of the Zhentarium" (SPEC 1-1; for levels 1-4) as another fundraising event during the Thanksgiving weekend. I just need to find a location. . ."
"First-time donor, Aliandre, has just contributed to the funding of this Meetup. Thanks for your support, ma'am."
Shades of the Zhentarium SPEC 1-1 Fundraising
"I am considering running this again during the Thanksgiving Weekend Gaming Marathon. I just need a location, I would prefer to not play at my place, and some help with the food."
