Can anyone tell me what the treasure bundles were for TYMA 1-5 From 1 Dwarf 2 Another?
I ended up taking the Symbol of Turning +1 for my Avenger - but the Character Builder doesn't add the bonuses to my power cards despite all the equipment combos and fenagling I try. I've got a feeling - due to the description of the item - that the symbol is only good for clerics. Does anyone know the official ruling? I'm including a link to the DDI community forum thread I've been posting too as well if that helps. Find it below: DDI Community Forum Symbol Bug Thread In any case, I'd love to know what the treasure bundles are. I'd like to pick up something else besides a monetary reward if my fears are true. Thanks! |

A Holy Symbol for an avenger generally only affects ranged attacks (like Radiant Vengeance), where melee attacks are focused through your weapons. So if you don't *use* any ranged abilities, you really would have no use for a holy symbol outside of a generic one.
Also, you are customizing your power cards right? >.> EDIT: It definitely shows up, just right click on any of your implement power cards, and make sure that Symbol of Turning +1 is selected (I just tried this out on an avenger in the character builder) Edited by Tracy on Oct 26, 2009 11:05 PM |

FWIW, I was able to create an Avenger wielding a Symbol of Turning.
Sometimes, if you sell or delete an equipped weapon/implement to buy or equip another, you need to manually reselect the new one with the Character Sheet Viewer. Just view the character sheet, right-click on the relevent power card(s), select Customize then select the weapon/implement you want to appear on the power card. |

In answer to your original question, however:
XP 560 Gold 100 Each PC Selects One of the Following Bundles: Bundle A: staff of expansion +1* (Level 2, AV) (low-level version only) Found in Encounter 3 Bundle B: symbol of turning +1* (Level 4, AV) Found in Encounter 3 Bundle C: amulet of mental resolution +1* (Level 2, AV) Found in Encounter 3 Bundle D: staff of light +1* (Level 4, AV) (high-level version only) Found in Encounter 4 Bundle E: Ritual scroll of Skull Watch* Found in Encounter 4 Bundle F: Alchemical book of Beastbane* Found in Encounter 4 Bundle G: Any magic item of 1st level from Adventurer’s Vault (Level 1, AV) (low-level only) Found in Encounter 5 Bundle H: Any magic item of 3rd level or less from Adventurer’s Vault (Level 3, AV) (high-level only) Found in Encounter 5 Consumable plus Gold: If a player doesn’t want to select one of the bundles listed above for their character, they can choose to add a potion of healing plus 0 / 25 gp to their rewards from this adventure. The player should write the consumable gained on their adventure log. That character (and only that character) then receives the consumable plus the listed amount of gold (if any) instead of any other treasure bundle. Consumable items obtained in this fashion do not take up found magic item slots. More Gold: If a player doesn't want to select one of the bundles listed above for their character, they can choose to add 50 / 75 gp to their rewards from this adventure. That character (and only that character) receives more gold instead of any other treasure bundle. |
