We're likely moving to the Cary area within the year, and I'd like to get to know some fellow gamers. I've played D&D 3.5e for years but I expect to eventually upgrade to 4e due to mounting peer pressure :)

"Under 4e/RPGA rules, can you increase a weapon's enhancement bonus? For example, can you take a Rebounding Longbow +1, and have it improved to a Rebounding Longbow +2? Or is that expressly disallowed?..."
