Introduction: I played D&D with my friends in high school, and even attempted DMing for a while, but this will be my first time gaming with complete strangers. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
Are you new to role playing or the Dungeons and Dragons game?: I've been playing d&d since high school, although my original dm used his own system. I have all three core books, though, so I'm pretty familiar with the rules.
What is your favorite type of game?: The more complex, the better. I like games with plot, interesting characters, and difficult encounters. I also enjoy playing with groups that don't take themselves too seriously all the time.
Are you part of an ongoing campaign or are you looking to join one?: I want to join a campaign, as I don't really know anyone in the area who plays.
Would you, or do you prefer to be a PC or DM?: I definitely prefer being a pc. My breif time as a dm was a bit of a disaster, I'm afraid. There are too many things to keep track of, and there's so much work!
What version of Dungeons and Dragons have you played?: I have the 3.5 rulebooks, but I've also played with something called "fast fun fantasy," or F3 which was designed by my first dm, a retired usaf colonel and professor of war gaming.
