I had a great time at the last Meetup. We had over 30 people playing/hosting 7 games. We could not possible fit more people into our current location. We had some awesome DM’s, creative players, and a lot of fun.

Donation Update

We need $70 to cover our 6 month Meetup membership. This money covers our Meetup membership, our web site, and promotion tools for our Meetup. My challenge was to raise over $70 to cover our next membership and to use the extra money to buy raffle prizes. The challenge is we only had 3 months to meet our goal. Everyone did an awesome good. We have currently raised a total of $70 in 2 months. As promised all of the donation money received during the August 15 will be used to purchase raffle prizes for the September Meetup. Methods for the raffle will be e-mailed/posted to everyone several weeks before the September Meetup.

No Room In the Inn

There has been a lot of e-mails, comments, and posts stating that the Denny’s conference room is too crowded. To respond we start to search for a new location that will meet our needs. After some looking the organizers think they have found a location that will meet our community’s needs. Before we move we want the community to voice their final vote for or against the potential new location. Since this e-mail is getting long I will reveal the new location, and compare the new location to our current location. Then we will set up a poll, message board, and e-mail let everyone ask questions or state if you support the new location or not.
