Introduction

Hi, my name is Xin and I live in San Francisco. I've been playing for just over a year now, so I'm still kind of a novice, and my boyfriend, Ian, has been playing for 15 years. We're looking for a regular 3.5 game to play.

What is your favorite Fantasy Novel or Series?

Too many to choose from.. I'm really into Scott Card's Ender series right now, along with WoT and LotR of course.

Who is your favorite Fantasy/Sci-Fi author? Why?

Oh man.. way too many. Tolkien, Jordan, Anne Bishop, Lackey, Norton, Weis and Hickman, McCaffrey, Bradley, Card, and more! :)

Who was your favorite character that you have played or are playing?

Hm.. I haven't played that many yet. I really liked my Dwarven Cleric, but she didn't get to do much aside from cast cure light wounds. Big surprise there. :) My Aasimar Paladin is a lot of fun too, she gets to take a beating at least. :)

What is your favorite D&D moment?

One of the PCs tried to help bust another PC out of jail got caught and inanely thought to kill his character before being captured by chugging an acid flask, shouting "You'll never take me alive mother****ers!" 1d6 damage to his throat. Brilliant.
