James was finally able to get the meeting room at The Beat Cafe reserved. However, it's not quite a free venue, though - there will be a $5/person charge, but you will get it back in food/drink. So, I checked the Meetup option of requiring a $5 per person charge which can be payable directly to the cafe when you arrive. Read more
