I've scheduled a Meet-Up for Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Battleforge Games at 12:15 p.m.

Sorry to be posting this so late this month. I'll keep it short and sweet. We'll have at least two different gaming options this month.

1E/2E Game
The 1E/2E group will be running an AD&D adventure. I'm not sure about the details regarding character level etc., but I'll provide an update if I receive any information between now and the Meet-Up. At any rate, if you're interested in some old school Dungeons and Dragons, you should stop by and check this game out.

4E Game
If no one else volunteers to run a 4E one-shot, I'll show up prepared to run an adventure for 5th-level characters. Those interested in playing should bring a 5th-level character (as pregens will not be available), dice, and the rule books necessary to run your character. If you have a mini, bring it too (though I'll have some available for use during the game as well). Characters may start with one 6th-level magic item, one 5th-level magic item, and one 4th-level magic item (in addition to normal starting equipment for 5th level).

R.S.V.P.s
To help us plan ahead, please indicate in your R.S.V.P. whether you are interested in the 1E/2E game or the 4E game. For those R.S.V.P.ing for my 4E one-shot adventure, you also may want to indicate what sort of character you will be playing (class-wise) to ensure that the party is well-balanced.

Interested in DMing at a This or a Future Meet-Up?
The Meet-Up is a great way to find like-minded players. If you are a DM in search of new blood for your campaign, I heartily recommend running a one-shot adventure at this or a future Meet-Up. Prospective DMs are welcome to run any edition of Dungeons and Dragons (or even other fantasy systems). Attendees at recent Meet-Ups have indicated some interest in seeing a 3.5 game offered, for example. If interested in DMing, e-mail me.
