Hi all,

I've scheduled a Meet-Up for Sunday, February 22nd at Battleforge Games at 12:15 p.m.

I'm currently seeking volunteers to run a game. So if you'd like to run something, please e-mail me.

Volunteers are welcome to run any version of D&D that they are comfortable with (e.g., AD&D, 2d ed., 3.5, 4E) or even another fantasy roleplaying game altogether

Though if no volunteers emerge, I'll be more than happy to run another 4-E adventure for those interested.

And, if there is a large number of RSVPs, I'll do my best to ensure that more than one DM is ready to run an adventure as well.

Hope to see you there.

Christian

Another member (Adam) also may be available to run a 3.5 Edition adventure for 3-5 players, if there is interest. If Adam can attend, the his one-shot will be set at 2d level and players may make characters using the core 3.5 rule books. For further details, you may contact Adam at: ipangolin -at- mac dot com.

Many thanks to Matthew, who has kindly volunteered to run a one-shot adventure at February's Meet-Up. Tentatively, he is planning on running a 4E adventure for 3rd level characters. So please do bring a third level character (and an appropriate miniature, if you have one; if not, I will bring some miniatures that folks may borrow).

it was fantastic, matt did a great job as our dm!
    •  Many thanks to both DMs who ran one-shot adventures this month: Matthew and Adam. The former ran a 4E adventure and the latter ran a 3.5 adventure. I played in Adam's game, and it was very good. His adventure was well thought out and executed, and he had a very good sense of the rules; I also thought the other players were a fun group to game with and I enjoyed the chance to go back and play 3.5 as well, which is something I had not done in a while. Judging from the volume and enthusiasm, it sounded like the 4E group had a vey good time as well (which does not surprise me given Matthew's DMing skills). Thanks again.
    •  I played with the 3.5 group and we had a pretty good time. Adam ran a quick but fun game. The 4e crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves as well.
    •  I really enjoyed running D&D 4e for everyone and I think everyone enjoyed themselves and had alot of fun playing as well. Several regular faces and some new ones too. I hope those new ones look forward to comming back and playing more D&D.
    •  We survived and had a good time.
