4th edtion D&D rules, bane or blessing

As most know 4th edtion rules will be coming out this summer. Lots of changes to the ruleset, along with changes is how the universe functions, a couple of new races etc.. etc.. Just curious how people feel about it:

It's a real mixed bag or a double-edged sword.

It seems like for every rule they changed for the better, they made another one that either sucks
or doesn't make sense. example ( I loathe the idea of healing surges, but I like the fact that vancian spellcasting is history).

I don't think I'll be switching to 4th anytime in the near future.

Also for the record I always liked Mana Point pool for casting purposes both clerical and magical or where casting required a WILL power save to keep from going insane of the magical energy and a FORT save to be able to physically handle the casting of the spell
