In need of a group near Layton, Utah.

If there are any psionics friendly groups near Layton, Utah, that could use another player, I'd love to join. I'm very good with 3.5 and can have a character ready on short notice. I've a good grasp of the system and I am a role-player, not a roll-player.

Hey. I would like to start a group. Me and my wife play. I'm not a DM so we would need to find one. The hardest thing is to find a place to play. I am interested in getting together with a group. I live in Layton as well and I have a large finished basement with tables, chairs etc. So I can host a group well heck I could host several.

I am willing to Play D&D but honestly I prefer more modern realistic systems, but I am willing to do D&D if the Ref/ DM is a good story teller but I am so board with Dungeon Crawling...
1) listen at Door
2) Open Door
3) kill monster
4) Take treasure (Why to monsters have treasures and weapons any way, they are monsters)
5) Check Secrets

YAWN...

Maybe we could do a meet up and see if we can get something going in Layton.
I also like other genre's Star Wars, Cyber punk, Pirates, etc, etc...
